We launched our online tax resolution client portal in September of 2012 (Click here to login to the portal) with the goal of making it easier for you to follow the progress of your tax case and reach out to us with questions.
Similar to health system portals, eResolution™ Center users gain 24/7 access to their case and receive one-on-one access to their case manager and team of tax professionals. Around-the-clock access to the portal keeps you informed of real-time status updates and reminds you when action has been taken on your case or when one needs to be taken. In short, it gives you more insight and transparency into your case than any other tax resolution firm can offer.
